Background
Coagulation Factor XII (F12), also known as Hageman factor, is a serine protease involved in the initiation of the intrinsic coagulation pathway. It is activated upon contact with negatively charged surfaces, triggering a cascade that leads to blood clot formation. F12 is also implicated in inflammation and thrombotic disorders.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
