    C-type lectin-like receptor 2 (CLEC-2) is expressed on platelets and certain immune cells. It recognizes the endogenous ligand podoplanin and plays a role in platelet aggregation, lymphatic development, and immune responses. In mice, CLEC-2 is crucial for maintaining blood-lymphatic vessel separation and has been implicated in tumor metastasis and inflammation.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
