CD79A, also known as Igα, is a component of the B cell receptor (BCR) complex. It associates with CD79B (Igβ) to transduce signals upon antigen binding, leading to B cell activation and development. In mice, CD79A is essential for B cell maturation, antibody production, and adaptive immune responses.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
