    CD40 is a cell surface receptor belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily, expressed primarily on antigen-presenting cells such as B cells, dendritic cells, and macrophages. It plays a pivotal role in immune responses by mediating interactions between these cells and T cells, crucial for antibody production, inflammation, and immune regulation.     It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
