Description
IdeZ Protease is a recombinant enzyme originally isolated from Streptococcus equi subspecies zooepidemicus that cleaves IgG at a specific site in the lower hinge region. It serves as a complementary tool to IdeZ by offering broader specificity, effectively digesting mouse IgG2a and IgG3 subclasses which are typically resistant to other enzymes.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O and incubate the stock solution for at least 10 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.

The product is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -20°C or lower for long term storage.
Stability & Storage
This product is stable after storage at -20°C for 12 months in lyophilized state from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, protein aliquots should be stored at 4°C.
