  • Overview

    Description

IdeS Protease is a highly specific cysteine protease derived from Streptococcus pyogenes that cleaves human IgG antibodies at a single site in the lower hinge region. This enzyme is essential for therapeutic antibody and Fc fusion protein characterization, enabling the rapid generation of homogenous F(ab')2 and Fc fragments for detailed analysis via mass spectrometry or chromatography.

  • Instruction
    • Reconstitution

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O and incubate the stock solution for at least 10 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.

      Shipping

The product is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -20°C or lower for long term storage.

    • Stability & Storage

This product is stable after storage at -20°C for 12 months in lyophilized state from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, protein aliquots should be stored at 4°C.
