    Transforming growth factor beta 3 (TGF-β3), encoded by TGFB3, is a multifunctional cytokine belonging to the TGF-β superfamily. It regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, extracellular matrix production, and immune responses through SMAD-dependent and SMAD-independent signaling pathways. TGF-β3 plays important roles in embryonic development, tissue repair, fibrosis modulation, and tumor progression. Dysregulation of TGF-β3 signaling has been associated with fibrotic diseases, chronic inflammatory conditions, and cancer, making it a key factor in cell biology and disease-related research.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
