    TGF-β1 (Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1) is a multifunctional growth factor involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, immune responses, and extracellular matrix production. It signals primarily through SMAD-dependent pathways and plays critical roles in fibrosis, cancer progression, immune suppression, and organ development.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
