    Human Interferon Gamma (IFN-γ) is a cytokine that plays a crucial role in immune responses, particularly in the activation of macrophages and the promotion of Th1-type immune responses. It is a key player in the defense against viral infections, intracellular bacteria, and tumor cells. The Human IFN-γ protein, when expressed in HEK293 (Human Embryonic Kidney 293) cells, can be tagged with a His (histidine) tag, which simplifies its purification and detection for experimental purposes. This recombinant IFN-γ-His fusion protein is extensively used in research focusing on immunology, infectious diseases, cancer immunotherapy, and the study of cytokine signaling pathways.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
