  • Background

    CD38 is a multifunctional enzyme expressed on the surface of many immune cells, including plasma cells. It functions in the metabolism of cyclic ADP-ribose, influencing calcium signaling. CD38 is also a marker for cell activation and differentiation. In clinical settings, CD38 is a target for therapeutic antibodies in diseases like multiple myeloma.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
