CD27 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily and is expressed on T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells. It functions as a co-stimulatory molecule, enhancing T-cell activation and survival. The interaction between CD27 and its ligand, CD70, plays a role in regulating immune responses and has implications in autoimmune diseases and cancer immunotherapy.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
