Background
Human CD19 is a B-lymphocyte-specific cell surface glycoprotein and a key regulator of B-cell receptor signaling. It plays a critical role in B-cell development, activation, and immune response modulation. CD19 is widely used as a biomarker for B-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases, and serves as a therapeutic target for monoclonal antibody and CAR-T cell therapies.
