Background
Cancer antigen 125 (CA125), also known as MUC16, is a high-molecular-weight glycoprotein expressed on the surface of epithelial cells. It is widely used as a biomarker for ovarian cancer detection and monitoring. Elevated levels of CA125 can also be observed in other conditions, including endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory disease.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
Shipping
The product is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -20°C or lower for long term storage.
