Species of Origin
His Tag (C-term)
Lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.
The protein has a calculated MW of 40.06 kDa.
Dengue virus (DENV) is common mosquito-borne infection and a major cause of morbidity in tropical and subtropical regions. DENV NS1 protein is containing 353 amino acids with polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. DENV NS1 protein plays an important role in viral replication and viability. And DENV NS1 has been shown to co-localize with dsRNA and other components of viral replication complexes in viral-induced vesicle packets.
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration not less than 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
The product is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -20°C or lower for long term storage.
