    Podoplanin (PDPN) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells, fibroblasts, alveolar type I cells, and various tumor cells. PDPN promotes lymphangiogenesis, regulates cell adhesion and migration, and interacts with CLEC-2 on platelets to drive metastasis and thrombosis. It serves as a key marker for lymphatic vessels, cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), and tumor microenvironment remodeling, making recombinant PDPN valuable for cancer, immunology, and vascular biology research.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
