- Background
  
  Mesothelin (MSLN) is a cell surface glycoprotein expressed in mesothelial cells lining the pleura, peritoneum, and pericardium. It is overexpressed in several cancers, including mesothelioma and ovarian cancer. MSLN is involved in cell adhesion and has been investigated as a target for cancer immunotherapy due to its limited expression in normal tissues and high expression in tumors.

  It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
