Background
Death receptor 5 (DR5), also known as TRAIL-R2, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. It binds to the TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) and mediates apoptosis in target cells. DR5 is involved in immune surveillance and the elimination of cancer cells. In mice, DR5 expression and function are studied to understand its role in tumor biology and potential therapeutic applications.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
