Background
Delta-like 3 (DLL3) is a member of the Notch ligand family involved in embryonic development, particularly in somitogenesis. Unlike other Notch ligands, DLL3 acts as an inhibitor of Notch signaling. In mice, mutations in DLL3 result in skeletal defects, highlighting its role in vertebral segmentation. DLL3 has also been identified as a potential therapeutic target in certain cancers.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
