    Cadherin-17 (CDH17), also known as liver-intestine cadherin, is a member of the cadherin superfamily. It is expressed in the gastrointestinal tract and plays a role in maintaining intestinal barrier function. CDH17 has been implicated in tumorigenesis, particularly in gastrointestinal cancers, by promoting cell proliferation and inhibiting apoptosis.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
