    CD72, also known as Lyb-2, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein predominantly expressed on B cells. It serves as a co-receptor of the B cell receptor (BCR) complex and is involved in the negative regulation of BCR signaling, thereby modulating B cell activation and differentiation. CD72 plays a critical role in maintaining immune tolerance and regulating autoimmune responses. It is commonly studied in the context of B cell development, signal transduction, and immune regulation.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
