CA125, also known as MUC16, is a high molecular weight glycoprotein expressed on the cell surface. It is commonly used as a tumor marker in ovarian cancer diagnostics. In mice, CA125's structure and function are similar to human CA125, playing roles in cell adhesion and signaling.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.

The product is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -20°C or lower for long term storage.
