Background
Mouse cMet, also known as the hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR), is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in various cellular processes, including growth, survival, and migration. cMet is particularly important in the context of cancer research, as it plays a key role in tumor development and metastasis. The Mouse cMet protein, when expressed in CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) cells, can be tagged with a His (histidine) tag, which simplifies its purification and detection. Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
