    5T4 is an oncofetal antigen expressed on trophoblast cells and many tumors. It is involved in regulating cell motility and adhesion, making it a target for cancer immunotherapy. Its expression is often associated with poor prognosis in cancers like colorectal and ovarian.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
