The Human IL-10 protein, when expressed in HEK293 (Human Embryonic Kidney 293) cells, is often tagged with a His (histidine) tag, which aids in its purification and detection during research studies. This recombinant IL-10-His fusion protein is widely utilized in research focused on immunology, inflammation, and therapeutic strategies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
