    Human Interferon Gamma (IFN-γ) is a cytokine that plays a crucial role in immune responses, particularly in the activation of macrophages and the promotion of Th1-type immune responses. It is a key player in the defense against viral infections, intracellular bacteria, and tumor cells. The Human IFN-γ protein, when expressed in HEK293 (Human Embryonic Kidney 293) cells, can be tagged with a His (histidine) tag, which simplifies its purification and detection for experimental purposes.     It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
