    Glypican-3 (GPC3) is a membrane-associated heparan sulfate proteoglycan that regulates cell growth and signal transduction by modulating pathways such as Wnt signaling. GPC3 is highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma and several embryonic tissues, while its expression is minimal in most normal adult tissues, making it a well-established oncofetal tumor biomarker. GPC3 plays important roles in tumor development, cell proliferation, and cancer progression, and is widely studied as a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target in liver cancer research, organoid models, and receptor–ligand interaction studies.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
