Background
Human FLT-3 (Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3, also known as CD135) is a class III receptor tyrosine kinase expressed on hematopoietic progenitor cells. It plays a critical role in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation, especially in dendritic cells and B cell progenitors. FLT-3 mutations are commonly associated with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.

The product is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -20°C or lower for long term storage.
