CD99 is a cell surface glycoprotein involved in various cellular processes, including T-cell adhesion, apoptosis, and migration. It is widely expressed in hematopoietic cells and certain tumors. CD99 plays a role in the immune response and has been studied as a potential diagnostic marker for Ewing's sarcoma and other malignancies.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
