Background
Human CD276, also known as B7-H3, is a member of the B7 family of immune checkpoint proteins and plays a role in the regulation of T cell-mediated immune responses. CD276 is highly expressed in various tumor types and is associated with tumor immune evasion, making it a target of interest in cancer immunotherapy. The Human CD276 protein, when expressed in CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) cells, is often tagged with a His (histidine) tag to facilitate its purification and detection. This recombinant CD276-His fusion protein is used in research focused on understanding its role in cancer and developing therapeutic strategies.
