    Similar to the mouse protein, human CD10 (neprilysin) is involved in peptide degradation and is expressed in various tissues. It serves as a diagnostic marker in hematological malignancies, such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and certain solid tumors. CD10 expression has also been studied in the context of cancer prognosis and therapy.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
