    Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a key immunoregulatory cytokine primarily produced by activated T lymphocytes. IL-2 plays essential roles in T-cell proliferation, survival, differentiation, and immune tolerance through activation of the IL-2 receptor signaling pathway. It also promotes NK cell activation and regulates regulatory T-cell (Treg) homeostasis. IL-2 is widely used in immunology, cancer immunotherapy, cell expansion systems, and signal transduction studies due to its central role in adaptive immune responses and immune modulation.

    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
