Background
Human Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1 (ASGPR1), also known as hepatic lectin H1, is the major subunit of the asialoglycoprotein receptor complex predominantly expressed on hepatocytes. This C-type lectin maintains serum glycoprotein homeostasis by mediating the endocytosis and lysosomal degradation of desialylated glycoproteins. Additionally, ASGPR1 serves as a key receptor for Hepatitis B virus (HBV) entry and is widely used as a marker for liver-targeted drug delivery and hepatocyte biology research.

Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 200 μg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
