  説明

  M13 is circular single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) bacteriophage which is about 6400 nucleotides long. M13 is composite of 2700 copies of major sturcture protein p8 and 5 copies of four minor coat proteins(p3, p6, p7 and p9). M13 can infect E. coli. and realease progeny without lysiing the host cell.
