  Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), also known as CD274 or B7-H1, is a transmembrane protein that plays a key role in immune regulation. By binding to PD-1 on T cells, PD-L1 inhibits T cell activation and promotes immune evasion, especially in tumors. It is widely studied as a therapeutic target in cancer immunotherapy.

    Stabilität & Lagerung

    This product is stable after storage at:

    • 2-8°C for 2 weeks under sterile conditions from date of receipt.
    • -20°C or -80°C for 12 months under sterile conditions from date of receipt.

    Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
    Suggestion: Divide antibody into several vials. Keep only vials for usage at 2-8°C.
