Leadgene 5X Taq PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use solution containing Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, optimized buffer, and a cresol red dye. This Taq PCR Master Mix is provided at 5X concentration and used at a 1X concentration by adding template, primer, and H₂O. It has the 5’ to 3’ DNA polymerase activity and 5’ to 3’ exonuclease activity without 3’ to 5’ exonuclease activity. The product has high extending speed around 3-4 kb/minutes. The PCR product has an ”A” tail on 3’ end which can be applied in TA cloning.
